Richard Wood is an insurance advisor specializing in auto, home, business, and life insurance. He enjoys advising his clients about what they have and how it helps them. His greatest joy is seeing that “ah-ha” moment when they grasp the concepts. Prior to this, he spent twenty years in the rental car industry-leading teams of various sizes and provided extensive coaching, training, and customer service to his teams. Seeing his young managers promoted up within the company was his greatest joy.

He loves spending time with his wife Christina and sons Caleb and Caden, serving at his church and working with his wife on their non-profit Compassionate Hearts for Kids, Inc. In his spare time, he attends car shows and drives his collector cars.

Doug is a business owner, consultant, and coach that inspires business leaders to become the best leader they can be. He has a record of achievement and demonstrated success driving multi-million dollar sales within the software industry and pharmaceutical-managed markets while providing impact-laden sales and account leadership in a highly competitive marketplace.

Doug is also a battle-tested Special Operations soldier, officer, and pilot who deployed to Afghanistan/Iraq multiple times, resulting in several combat medals with valor.

Doug has been married to his wife Janie for almost two decades. They have three awesome children that are ten and younger.

Although a Florida native, Dunnon McLucas holds an insurance producer license in multiple states. His insurance career began in 2012. After having experience in customer service and management Dunnon is consumer first oriented.

Because of his heart for the elderly, he settled immediately on specializing in the senior market with a focus on educating each consumer on the very confusing Medicare landscape. Dunnon works to find the programs across a broad range of insurance Carriers that will best meet the individuals’ specific needs.

Dunnon is an active member of multiple referral and networking groups and speaks for small and large audiences.

Bruce Hallman was born in Waverly, Iowa, and graduated in Journalism from Iowa State University.

Following graduation, Bruce lived in Washington, D.C, for 15 years working in government, public relations, and campaigns.

During this time, he met Sharon, whom he married in Bethesda, MD.

Bruce and Sharon have now been married 30 years and live in Fernandina Beach, FL.

They have two grown daughters, Madeleine and Alexandra.

Bruce currently works as an independent health insurance broker/agent.
