Richard is a dedicated insurance advisor specializing in auto, home, business, and life insurance. He has a passion for helping clients truly understand their coverage—what it means, why it matters, and how it protects them. His favorite part of the job is witnessing that “ah-ha” moment when everything clicks, and clients feel empowered and informed.

Before transitioning into the insurance field, Bob spent twenty years in the rental car industry, where he led teams of all sizes. He provided hands-on coaching, training, and exceptional customer service guidance. One of his greatest career joys was watching young managers grow, develop, and advance within the company.

Outside of work, Richard cherishes spending time with his wife, Christina, and their sons, Caleb and Caden. He is deeply involved in his church and has a heart for mentoring young men—serving as a Troopmaster with Trail Life USA alongside Caden and leading the men’s ministry to help men grow in faith and character. Richard also partners with Christina in their nonprofit, Compassionate Hearts for Kids, Inc., where they devote their time and energy to supporting children and families in need.

Doug is a business owner, consultant, and coach that inspires business leaders to become the best leader they can be. He has a record of achievement and demonstrated success driving multi-million dollar sales within the software industry and pharmaceutical-managed markets while providing impact-laden sales and account leadership in a highly competitive marketplace.

Doug is also a battle-tested Special Operations soldier, officer, and pilot who deployed to Afghanistan/Iraq multiple times, resulting in several combat medals with valor.

Doug has been married to his wife Janie for almost two decades. They have three awesome children that are ten and younger.
